Create a site, add forums to it, and each forum gets an address like
bookclub@mysite.webpostit.com — every email sent
to it becomes a threaded discussion, with attachments, replies, and
per-forum sender controls.
Every forum lives on the web too, at mysite.webpostit.com/bookclub,
and each site has an index of its forums at mysite.webpostit.com.
