Terms of Service

1. The service

WebPostIt turns emails into web forums. Anything emailed to a forum address is published on the public web and may be seen by anyone. Do not email private or sensitive information to a forum.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant WebPostIt a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service.

3. Prohibited content

You may not post content that is:

• harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful toward any person or group;
• sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise illegal;
• spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive content;
• infringing on anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• otherwise objectionable, as determined by us or the forum's owner.

4. Moderation — removal for any reason

Forum owners may remove any content from their forums at any time, for any reason, without notice. WebPostIt may likewise remove any content, limit or suspend any forum, and suspend or terminate any account, at any time for any reason — including suspected violations of these terms. Removal decisions are final.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. New accounts require admin approval, which may be granted or denied for any reason.

6. No warranties

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, and we are not liable for content posted by users or for any loss arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
